Definitions
  • YumFit (Brand) or YumFit Meal Plans (Business Unit): Refers to the meal plan service provider.
  • Meal Plan: The primary product/service purchased by the customer from YumFit.
  • Account Manager: The client’s designated contact for assistance with plan concerns, requests, or complaints.
  • Pause Days: Days clients can put their plan on hold (e.g., holidays, travel, Ramadan).
  • Substitute: The act of replacing a dish.
  • Chiller Bag: Insulated bags used to deliver daily meals.
  • Cut Off: The deadline for finalizing meal plan change requests.
  • Macros/Macronutrients: Fat, carbohydrates, and protein content in grams.
  • Premium Dish: Special meals available at an additional cost.
  • Paid Wastage: Paid but canceled deliveries that won’t be rescheduled.
General Conditions

By completing online registration, clients accept YumFit’s terms and conditions for the duration of their plan, including renewals. YumFit reserves the right to decline service due to medical conditions, severe allergies, or specific dietary requirements.

YumFit may communicate updates and offers to clients unless unsubscribed. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Payments, Prices & Fees
  • Full payment is required at least 3 business days before the plan start date.
  • A refundable AED 100 deposit for chiller bags is mandatory.
  • Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, cheques, cash or transfer.
  • Additional charges apply for premium dishes, lost chiller bags, and plan amendments.
  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to a 20% fee and management approval.
Delivery
  • Coverage: UAE
  • Timings: Flexible, based on the emirate.
  • Clients are responsible for unattended bags left outside for collection.
Chiller Bags & Refundable Deposit
  • AED 100 refundable deposit applies to 2 chiller bags.
  • Bags must be returned within 30 days post-subscription.
  • Non-compliance may lead to deposit forfeiture.
Food Storage, Consumption, and Labels
  • Refrigerate food at ≤5°C immediately.
  • Dishes include reheating instructions, calorie counts, and macronutrient details.
  • Substitutions may alter nutritional values.
Customization
  • Dislikes, allergies, and preferences are accommodated if declared during sign-up.
  • Clients should notify their account manager of substitutions at least 3 business days in advance.
Nutritionist Consultation
  • Nutritionist advice complements, not replaces, professional medical treatment.
  • Clients must consult their physician before significant dietary changes.
Referral Program
  • Referrers and invitees earn free meal days under specific conditions.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
Cancellation and Refund
  • Cancellations require 3 business days’ notice.
  • Refund request for no valid reason are subject to a 20% fee and management approval.
Pay Later with Tabby
  • Clients must adhere to Tabby’s payment schedules.
  • Cancellation through Tabby incurs a 10%
Privacy Policy
  • YumFit stores client information for operational purposes.
  • Delivery information is shared only with trusted logistics partners.
Disputes and Website Terms
  • The website is owned by YumFit Healthy Meal Plans and governed by UAE laws.
  • Users under 18 are prohibited from using the website.
